Generally, fees for completed work, delivered milestones, or time already invested are non-refundable. This includes:
- Discovery and planning phases that have been completed

Time and Materials Engagements
For hourly or time-based billing arrangements, fees are non-refundable for time already worked and documented. We provide detailed time tracking and regular reporting to ensure transparency.
Retainer and Upfront Payments
Retainer fees and advance payments may be refundable for unused portions if:
- The project is cancelled before work begins
- We are unable to perform the contracted services
- There is a material breach of the service agreement by Tora
Refund amounts will be calculated based on work completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.
Software Products and Licenses
